On one hand, I feel that it's better than CASPER in that it focuses on scenarios that one would face as a medical student (i.e. more relevant). On the other hand, I still think some of the reasoning provided for practice exam answers are not very clear. It's very evident they collected expert answers and listed the most popular answer as the correct answer first, then added reasoning tailored to justify those answers. I guess such shortcomings are inevitable when grading soft skills.
