USA dentist working in UAE/Dubai

Hi,
I am dentist for 2 years now and am very much interested in moving to Dubai/ UAE and to continue working as dentist. I have never been to Dubai (will be for sure visiting before I commit into transition there) but am super curious about dentistry there? For example—salary average, work/life balance, is it experience dependent?
If you or someone you know lives in UAE now and from USA please let me know how things going there and what the process is to move/work there. Much appreciated!

Maybe you can get ahold of Dr. Apa; He goes to Dubai quite often and he makes bank.
Look him up and see if you can get ahold of him!
