Getting a strong score on Inservice exams

Hello all,

I'm still an intern but wanna score well on the upcoming inservice when I'll be a second year.

The inservice exam for 2014 is in september of this year. I have a chance to get a strong impact on my PD's impression about me (which is pretty ok as of now) by getting a good score. Word is that if I score>70% centile I'll be considered a strong candidate for a fellowship(interested in Hem/Onc).

Wanna start early and work hard for it. Any suggestions? Most residents solve MKSAP questions and they seem to think its good enough.
