Hi,

Alike to Russian interference with US elections via social media manipulation, there have been multiple accounts with low amount of posts on the profile that vigorously defend Caribbean medical schools with vocab that straight up looks lifted from their websites. Is there anything done to curtail these shill accounts?

Is there anything done to curtail these shill accounts?

Start by reporting the posts you find objectionable. Please not every post by a particular account that you find objectionable, but one that illustrates the point you're trying to make. That's the entire purpose of the Report function.
