Thought this practice was already discussed on SDN in the past. Can't remember the thread but it was definitely discussed

CMS is trying to make medicine efficient (cost saving, from a central planning POV). If that means needing fewer physicians - all the better.

Looked into ksk and 10+ years ago and posted sdn. Diff radonc every year and the owner was beyond sketchy. Someone who worked with him posted something on sdn to that affect as well.
