Oof, that is a lot of schools. I honestly would narrow it down to a maximum of 15. Statistics show anything more is overkill and a waste of money. This is going to cost you probably around $6,000-8,000 in just fees to apply not counting travel expenses and everything else. However if you have the money then nothings stopping you, just be prepared to possibly turn down interviews.

Outside of your poor undergrad GPA, everything else is fine. And you've made up for it in your masters program which I presume is an SMP given it's a biomedical sciences masters?

On face value, you should have a strong application and get attention from schools where you want to attend wise mission fit matches yours. Have your taken or prepared for Casper/Kira Talent/MMI? Where did Barry SMP suggest?

Most of the schools on my list were constructed by speaking with my dental admission coordinator at Barry, where our previous students were admitted except Harvard and UCLA.

I have not taken but have been preparing for MMI's and Casper/kira.
First thing as noted: your list is too long. You also don't say much about your 1000 hours of non-clinical volunteering so I have no clue about your mission fit.

UW will favor the home team and WWAMI students, so being from California isn't going to help you there unless you have a specific mission fit. Simlar arguments for OHSU, New England, Ohio State, Florida, Buffalo, and Iowa. Your low undergrad GPA shouldn't be an issue except for screening, but coming from Barry SMP should help you.

Be aware that the majority of dental schools offer in-person interviews, so the travel costs are going to be significant if you are going to fly around.

I took out some schools and sitting at 17 now.

Might take out a few more depending on how crazy their secondaries are.
Most schools don’t have crazy secondaries. Maybe an essay here and there but nothing like medical school apps. 17 is still a lot but it’s better

well, 6 of your schools are in the top 10 most difficult to get into schools in the country, so 17 is not as much as it seems initially

and out of your 11 non-reach schools, these do not make much sense geographically- how do you explain to the adcoms that you fit their mission?

Any essays will likely be asked as part of the school specific section of AADSAS or perhaps in their own application portal. Also Roseman, UDM, and NYU are using Kira Talent Assessments as part of the pre-interview process.

To save you the money, take Harvard off. They strongly prefer traditional applicants and very high undergrad GPAs
