Hey all, I’m typing quickly on mobile just for some feedback. I’m a second time traditional applicant, 22F
Down to UGA and LMU (Interviewed in October)
Veterinary experience: 2,100 small animal, 50 large animal hours.
Animal experience: 3,258 all from working in a kennel for 3 years.
Research hours: 102 from high school
GPA 3.79, sGPA 3.72
I applied to I think 10 schools total and have been rejected from all except these last 2. I’m feeling very discouraged and would just like some advice. If I don’t get in again, I’m planning on working for a large animal clinic for the next year to hopefully boost those hours and make them more diverse and maybe do some community service. I don’t have a ton of extracurriculars besides Band in high school, and only awards are scholarships.
