Social-Media-Scrubbing Service?

In light of the former CCF Resident dismissed for a post back from 2012, what (if any) social-media-scrubbing service is recommended that can comb through one's social media for potentially offensive posts (especially considering different people get offended by different things)?

And yes, I fully acknowledge deleting all social media and starting from scratch is an option, but I'd like to hold off on that if possible.
