Hi,

To those of you who were accepted to medical school after previous attempts, were there any questions during your medical school interviews you felt were specifically directed toward you as a reapplicant?

I was accepted this year on my third application. The only questions I was asked were what did I do to improve my application each time? (My MCAT scores were really solid, so I just repeated classes to improve my GPA). I probably could have gained acceptance on my second try had I not applied only to one school. Always apply early, and in interviews, if you are a "repeat" applicant, use it to your advantage to show how dedicated you are to entering the field of medicine and receiving a medical degree. They can't knock you for being persistent! Good luck!

" Did you shadow a DO after you didn't get in last year?" That was the question I was being asked during my interview.
