NEW ANESTHESIOLOGY RESIDENCY IN CALIFORNIA JUST APPROVED BY THE ACGME FOR JULY of 2024

I am pleased to announce that the Sutter Health / Sutter Roseville Medical Center's new ANESTHESIOLOGY RESIDENCY was just approved by the ACGME. The program will accept two classes of 10 residents each in the PGY1 Year and CA-1 year starting July 2024. The program will be listed with NRMP soon. Please look for Program #0400500002. All US grads currently completing a Transitional Year Program are encouraged to apply for the CA-1 year, and fourth year medical students are encouraged to apply to the 4-year Categorical program After completion of their PGY-1 Year at our institution, successful applicants will automatically be accepted into the the CA-1 year at Sutter Health. Why has the program withdrawn from the NRMP?

Drawing attention to this program that not only withdrew from NRMP but also scrubbed it's existence from the Sutter Health website. Offering a second look to applicants without any official explanation is UNACCEPTABLE.
