I believe some school take the best score out of three?

But some don't. Taking the new mcat maybe your chance. 22 is kinda low.

Just my 2 cents

Unfortunately if you are under a 25 you need high grades to make yourself competitive (Cumulative&Science GPA > 3.5).

I know some of the schools will look at your highest MCAT; if the 27 is less than 3 years old you could just focus on those schools.

Edit: Just realized you could go for LECOM's academic index score if worst comes to worst.

Retake the MCAT, and you need to score well. No school will touch you with a third take of 22. Unfortunately they will most likely see the 27 as a fluke.

I'd take the new MCAT

BUT, I'd study like crazy for it. You say your masters program ends in 2 months, so are you really giving yourself adequate time to prepare? You need to do well on it so plan accordingly, and take it in 2017 if need be. This next time needs to be good enough to be the last time
