Hello, looking for any Fellowship for a year or two. I am currently on J1 VISA. I finished ID fellowship off cycle in December and all the waiver positions are gone in NY. I have applied for hardship waiver that is yet to come and would take 1+ more year.

why can't you just find a job that sponsors J1

Hospice and geriatrics will always have spots. You can always do an advanced ID fellowship like antimicrobial stewardship
