OH resident, 2nd round of applications because I did not plan well last time. ~300 hours clinical volunteering, ~200 hours non-clinical volunteering (both include projected), and I am working full-time as a scribe over my unplanned gap year (~2000 hours). I have other extracurricular activities including ~600 hours research, and other various things from my recently-finished undergrad days, but I'd rather not put everything out there. Thanks in advance, I am hoping to submit this evening (7/8).

1. Ohio State
2. Case Western
3. Emory
4. Cincinnati

[5. Toledo]
[6. Wright State]
[7. NEOMED]

8. Boston U
9. Mount Sinai

15. UVA
16. Vermont

18. Iowa
19. Hofstra
20. Jefferson
21. Northwestern

The three bracketed ones are just because I'm applying due to in-state status. The top four are schools I am now applying to for a second time. I just want to get into medical school with minimal worry and while I know (now more than ever) that no stats can make you completely safe, I just want an expert to tell me the list is diverse and solid. Also I am an ORM, FWIW. Thanks again.
That's a fine list.

If I only had money for 20 apps, what cuts would you make?

Edit: I can absolutely suck it up and pay for 25, although it will hurt. But if you think it is truly worthwhile, it can be done.
If you were my child, I would recommend:
