I got the same email, and this is my take on any of these recruitment email. If the school is someplace that you can see yourself, think you're a good fit for, or just want to know more about; go ahead and respond to the email. During my last application, I got an email from Mizzou and followed up with their dept of diversity and found out that it was a school I could see myself. I ended up getting an interview there OOS. Ultimately, I wasn't accepted but I wouldn't have gotten an interview if I didn't follow up.
