Good resource for IM on Step 2?

Step 2 is in about month. Trying to figure out what is a good resource for studying Internal Med for step 2? According to the forums, it seems blueprints was not a good resource. I think NMS would be too long?

Any advice? Anyone use Nail the boards etc?
