Any suggestions on electives during radonc residency?

Brachytherapy if your program doesn’t have high volume. Protons if you want to give yourself an edge for proton jobs, although i don’t think employers are demanding it.

Many are. There are enough centers and graduating residents, so lots of us are not considering people without experience. Back in the day, you could just sign on, and they'd send you to paid training.
