Electives as a Transitional Year Resident

Greetings everyone -

I am trying to plan out my 5 months of elective months during my transitional year and was wondering what you all thought were/would be/would have been the most useful elective months to prepare you as a budding radiation oncologist. I wanted at least 2 months to be: 1- at the institution where i will be a PGY-2 in the rad onc department and 2- a research month. My program is flexible and also have most standard electives you could imagine. Please let me know your thoughts! Thanks guys!
