www.acog.org has many conferences (green journal)
Also associated medical state ob/gn societies google them have research availability as well. The one most well know is www.caog.org

The Central Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists is one of the oldest and most prestigious obstetrics and gynecology associations in the country, and was a founding organization of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1951. The association is made up of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, residing in the states of:

Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

Also, depending on the nature of your research, there are specialty conferences - Society of Gynecologic Oncologists, Association of Reproductive Healthcare Professionals, Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, Society for Maternal Fetal Medicine, American Urogynecologic Society, Minimally Invasive Surgery Symposium, and others I am sure.
