Any services that help edit papers?

Hey guys,

I feel like I am in a sticky pickle. I am writing my first paper and I am at the point where I need help editing. My university does not offer services like this and my attending is very hands-off. I just need basic stuff, like making sure my citations are in the correct format and my sentences aren't too repetitive. I've just been looking at this paper for a couple of months, so I feel like I can't look at it objectively anymore. Are there any services that offer help? I'm willing to pay a little bit.

I don't mean to sound snarky, but can you ask your co-authors? Perhaps you've worked with someone who has published before and can be of some assistance.

Hi! I think commercial proof-reading is very helpful and also observed higher acceptance since I started using proof-reading service. May favourite one is the skylight editorial ( https://skylighteditorial.com ). You can find dozens (or hundreds?) from web with just googling "proof reading service". I hope it helps. Take care.
