Suggestion Ability to block avatars

I'd like to suggest that the site implement a way for users to block, preferably specific, avatars, but if that's not possible an option to disable avatars altogether would be great. There are a few users, but one in particular, whose avatar is animated; I feel like I'm going to have a seizure every time they post.

Another idea would be just to not allow users to use animated gif avatars.

Does it lag your scrolling time at all or is it purely for aesthetic? I don't think it is bad idea at all.

No, doesn't cause any problems with functionality. I guess you could call it aesthetics, it's just a really fast/frantic/distracting gif.
