Remove Maryland, West Virginia, Hawaii since they admit very few international applicants. Also remove Howard since they are looking for applicants from the African American community. You could add Medical College Wisconsin, Jefferson, Georgetown.
You could also add these DO schools:
NSU-KPCOM
Touro-NY
UNECOM
WCU-COM
WESTERN

Oh okay! I also searched up a few of those schools and it seems like some aren't accepting Canadians (MCW and Georgetown are not accepting Canadians for this upcoming cycle). Your help is very much appreciated - thanks!

Remove UCLA, Boston, Emory, Case, SUNY Upstate and Stony Brook as they are difficult even for US residents to get into with your stats (especially without ties for the NY schools).

NYU Long Island is primary care focused and you do not have any shadowing or significant experience working with a primary care physician from what you have shared.
