3.3 gpa 505 MCAT help with school list

I am not an under represented minority. What chances do I have for DO schools? I would prefer urban locations over suburban/rural. What should my school list be realistically?

Low for the first two, very high for the last. However I cannot recommend brand new schools that have yet to graduate a class. They have too many teething pains
