Is this like a job interview where you should tie everything back to why you are a good fit for the position you are applying for (in this case medical student)? At least that's what my school's Career Services people told me. I don't know if that's necessarily true of med school interviews.

Is it simpler where you should just say what your job responsibilities were and leave it at that?

What you did and how it impacted you.

You can also tie experiences to medicine, but don't stretch it and try to be subtle.
