What ortho residencies have the best work-life balance?

I'll start off by saying that I know there are no "easy" ortho programs out there. It is still surgery and still going to be tough. However, I had the opportunity to do more than one away rotation this year and found there to be striking differences between resident happiness and burnout at different programs. I want to have a family and not miss my entire life during residency.

Has anyone seen or heard of any more chill programs, and what about them made you think so?
