This new sub-forum is intended to be a place for everyone, not just women, to discuss issues pertaining to Women in Healthcare. We'd like to see threads on issues such as gender discrimination, sexual harrassment, and family life coexist happily alongside threads about the most comfortable shoes, what to wear to interview, and how to avoid hat-head when you are in the OR all day.
SDN members will determine the tone and content of this sub-forum, and we hope that both will be positive, encouraging, and inclusive.
Do you have an inspiring story about being a woman in healthcare? Read any good books on the topic? Want to post about an upcoming conference? This is the place to share your stories, give and get support, and share information in an anonymous public forum.
