I suggest these schools with your stats:
Medical College Georgia
Mercer
Emory
USF Morsani
Miami
Duke
Vanderbilt
TCU
St. Louis
Washington University (in St. Louis)
Northwestern
Western Michigan
U Michigan
Case Western
Cincinnati
U Virginia
George Washington
Jefferson
Temple
Pittsburgh
Hofstra

Mount Sinai
New York Medical College
Rochester
Boston University
Tufts
Kaiser

You can reassign some of your Peds ENT scribing to shadowing if you want

As Mr. Smile pointed out, your hours in non-clinical volunteering are deficient and you risk getting screened out at many schools. I would recommend following the age old advice: Accumulate 150 hours in one of: food distribution, shelter work, job/tax preparation, transport services, or housing rehabilitation.
