Service orientation is mostly in your EMT work, but community service is non-existent. No offense to being a rock climbing guide/coach to those with disabilities, but that's an extension from your hobby.

You have several state public schools on your list that admit few non residents with your stats and no connection to the state.
I suggest these schools with your stats:
Colorado
Arizona (Phoenix)
TCU
Creighton
St. Louis
Rosalind Franklin
Loyola
Rush
Medical College Wisconsin
Western Michigan
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State
Tulane
Belmont
NOVA MD
Miami
Wake Forest
Eastern Virginia
Virginia Commonwealth
George Washington
Georgetown
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Penn State
Hackensack
New York Medical College
Albany
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Alice Walton (when it opens)
Roseman (when it opens)
The GPA-MCAT grid shows you have a ~50% chance for a MD acceptance so you should apply to DO schools also and consider these:
AZCOM
TUNCOM
ATSU-KCOM
KCU-COM
DMU-COM
CCOM
MU-COM
NOVA
CUSOM
WVSOM
PCOM (all schools)
LECOM (all schools)
NYITCOM
Touro-NY
