I know I am likely looking at DO schools. This is totally okay with me as I am hoping to go into pediatrics and don't mind primary care (clearly not in it for the money lmao). I plan to apply to all schools in AZ (MD and DO) but really need help objectively understanding my chances as an applicant. Can provide more info if needed :) thank you!!

You Could receive interviews at DO schools and I suggest these:
AZCOM
ATSU (both schools)
TUNCOM
Noorda-COM
UIWSOM
KCU-COM
MU-COM
WCU-COM
ACOM
LMU-DCOM
PCOM (all schools)
LECOM (all schools)
NYITCOM (both schools)
WVSOM
UP-KYCOM
BCOM (both schools)
OCOM

Creighton
Belmont
Roseman (when it opens)
Alice Walton (when it opens)
Rosalind Franklin
Rush
Medical College Wisconsin
TCU

A lot of your activities look like extensions from academic environments: teaching STEM for preschoolers or athletes is great [why not be a teacher? Were you ever employed as a teacher after graduation?], but it's not community service orientation activities like food distribution, shelter volunteer, job/tax preparation, transportation services, or housing rehabilitation. This is important in Arizona given the myriad of issues regarding end-stage poverty there.

Are you targeting this cycle or some future cycle?

This is a great point and something I hadn't prioritized unfortunately. How much weight does this have in an application?

It's a really important thing to have; many schools make their mission around this stuff

Other than that your application appears to be in fine shape; try to see if you can get that shadowing done before submission as projected hours don't carry weight. I wouldn't let that necessarily dissuade you from giving it a go this year though.
