Hi everyone, I am newman here so please bear with me 
I am a medical student in my second year here in Taiwan, and due to my obsession with Korean culture, I would like to attend some elective program in Korea, yet the problem is, my school isn't a sister school of any med school in Korea.
But, It's also acceptable for me to go Korea for graduate medical research, just wonder if I have any chance.
So, I wonder if there's any chance for me to apply it myself ?
btw my dream school is Seoul National University or Yonsei University
