I'm one of the current residents. We are know for some of the nicest faculties and great training. As of now all the residents all fit in very well. We are like a big family.
We are pretty much covered in all areas. Weakness right now would say is otology and sinus because we have no full time otologist and our full time sinus faculty left for private practice but he still operates with us part time.
We just got two new general ENTs.
We start operating quite a bid starting 2nd year. Calls are about q5. Trauma call is q5 as a department so 1 trauma per lower level (pgy2, 3s) per month. We all get about 3 weekends off per month. I really don't know what more to ask in a program.
