Has anyone had an experience with the University of Maryland's Life Sciences at Night program? It's a program designed for working professionals that includes many of the core pre-med classes. Though they don't provide any placement stats nor define themselves as a post-bacc program, it seems like a reasonable alternative to taking time off of work.

Anyone had luck getting into med school after going through this program?

Hi,
I took organic at night a few years back in the science in th evenings program at UMCP. My husband is taking it now. I don't know any information about the acceptance stats, but I did enjoy the class and the comradery between the students. My husband and I both plan on applying next year. We will use the UMCP premed advisors.
:)
Good luck,
ecila

Good luck with your applications! I am thinking that the UM program is the best option for me as it allows you to continue working while completing the pre-reqs.
