Hi everyone,
I just found out this wonderful forum after hours searching for Melbourne GP contacts. And I sincerely need your HELP !
Basically, I have been trying to get a medical elective in general practice, in Melbourne for the past 5 months. I have contacted the GP department of Melbourne Uni, Geelong GP association, and also several practices and the answers were either no or never made their ways back to me. I really want to do this GP elective placement so badly. Its not just because Melbourne is an amazing place that we need to be there once in our life time, It also offers me an opportunity to broaden my knowledge in term of Australian healthcare system. Can anyone please help me with this matter ? Do you know any GP would willing to take a medical student in for 3-4 weeks period from mid Jun-mid Jul 2009 ? I would really apprecciate that.xo
