Has anyone used the learning radiology book before? I have had a hard time discovering a good source for learning radiology basics.

I too am interested in the radiology book. I am planning on doing a surgical specialty and would like to have a reference for home use. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I attached a rough, quick sample to give you an idea of what Herring's like --- lots of tables, charts, and bullets with radiologic images to show what you're supposed to see and what it means. I'll dig up a better sample with higher-res images closer to the actual book and get a link posted for you tomorrow.
