Temple dental first year

Hey friends, I was wondering if there are any recent Kornberg D1s on here that can shed light on how first year typically is, how we can expect the transition to be, how much time we'd be in lecture, how often examinations take place... etc

I want to get a feel for what our first year is going to be like. I've seen the courses we will take from the website, but couldn't find a schedule for how often we meet.


I did find this schedule from a 2006 thread but assume it probably changed...

Monday: Dental Materials 8am-9:30am
Biochem 9:30am-11:30am

Tuesday: Histology 8am-11:30am
Restorative Dentistry 12:30pm - 4:30pm

Wednesday: Behavioural Science 8:30am-9:30am
Biochem 9:30am-11:30am

Thursday: Histology 8am-11:30am
Restorative Dentistry 12:30pm-4:30pm

Friday: Prev Dent 9am-10am
Biochem 10am-11:30am

Anyone have insight? Anything would be appreciated. (Also how long is summer break after first year lol)
