This isn't news, we've known for some time that stents/bypass don't prolong life in stable CAD.

I guess I’d have to look at the study but if you have stable CAD then I don’t find this surprising. Like if the cardiologist takes a look just to take a look a look and pops one in just because there is some stenosis. But if we are talking symptomatic people? It sounds like brain worms to me.
