States that allow International Dentists to work after residency

I was wondering which states allow international dentists to work after doing a US residency. I know of Texas and Virginia, but looking for a complete list.

i now texas does, so does NY, NEW JERSEY... Virginia

I am not sure if NY allows however Washington, MN, Ilinois does

I don’t think Illinois anymore. I know, Texas, Virginia, Washington State, Minnesota.. I’m sure there is a few more

I know that NY needs either a DMD/DDS or an AEGD, isn’t that right?
