Based on this post, I would highly recommend putting CS off. There are numerous spelling errors and a few grammatical errors which would negatively affect you. I don't know how much you can get away with on the actual exam, nor do I know how well you speak, but I recommend saving the $1,200 for now.

Edit: an error of my own...doh!
