Should i give up on ortho if i got a 239 on step?

Just found out today i got a 239 on step. I go to a mid tier MD school. Probably won’t get AOA.

i have 10 posters in cardio from undergrad, 2 pubs that were published this year in cardio from undergrad, 1 surgery poster at a national conference, 1 surgery pub, 1 ortho poster, 1 ortho pub. All the surgery research was this year. I’m also working on two ortho projects right now.
