General Should I contact a medical school to let them know I'm still interested?

There are a few schools that DON’T want update letters and I get that. But I still want to make it known that I’m still very interested. How can I do that via an email? I want them to see my name again and as I said, know I’m interested. My secondaries were submitted in late August to mid September for these schools!

If a school has said they don't wish to be updated, I would strongly suggest you hold off on sending any e-mails to the school. If you must and cannot take my advice, I would suggest finding a contact from the admissions office and sending the briefest possible e-mail stating your interest.
