General Should I be worries about mandated P/F class?

Hello,

So, I go to a top 5 liberal arts college in the United States. They only grade Gen Chem 1 as Pass/Fail. It is mandated, and you cannot opt in to be graded.

I just worry that it's going to look like I elected to take the course P/F, when that wasn't the case. When I apply, would I need to reach out to all schools to inform them the course was a mandated P/F?

If this policy is stated in the course catalog or syllabus and you are not the only premed to have ever applied to med schools, you shouldn't worry about this. We adcoms will get upset with the school on the policy.
