Remove U Washington since they accept less than 1% of applicants who are not from states in the Northwest. Utah accepts few non residents. Add your other Florida schools- Florida Atlantic, Central Florida and Florida International.

Thank you for your suggestion @Faha ! and for taking the time to read my post. It makes sense, I had no idea they had low out of state acceptance rates on those schools... I will remove them and add the Florida schools.
