Hi everyone, I wanted to post on here because as we come close to the upcoming cycle, I got to say I feel a bit lost on what schools to apply to and creating a balanced list. I wanted to post my stats on here for feedback.
University: BU
Major: Behavioral Health
Minor: Human Anatomy
Overall GPA: 3.62
Pre-req GPA: ~3.78
LOR: from professor who's an OT, and previous supervisors in volunteer position
Extracurricular/observation experience: 100+ hours volunteering/shadowing in 2-3 OT settings. Rehab Aide positions in two different settings (one OT, and PT). Member of student OT association. Member of a recreational tennis club. Member of prehealth honor society.
I want to apply to mainly apply to out of schools and want advice on how to know if they predominantly accept in-state applicants. Any tips would help and good luck to everyone applying. Thanks!
