Does anyone know if any PGY residencies start in the fall?

I ask this because I had a late start on rotations due to injuries. So instead of starting 4th year rotation in the summer, I started in the fall. Im wondering should I still apply for residencies this year, or should I wait until next year and apply?

I currently work retail as an intern and love it. But I have noticed changes in retail pharmacy that seem career frightening.

It's possibly negotiable if it's a one-resident residency, but not usually for the federal government ones for first years because of the payroll budget rules (without some major paperwork on the part of the RPD and Director, the most that can be delayed is two pay periods). Second years are negotiable as long as they fall in the fiscal quarter.

Tripler army base starts a month or two late. King Faisal in Saudi Arabia starts even later, I believe.
