Necro bump, but a reasonable question that should be answered.
Unless the rules of the game have changed since last year, the recommendation was 2 psych letters, and at least 1 non-pscyh letter. No more than 4 total letters, though some programs limit to 3. There is some debate about the non-psych letter(s), but the two most common recommendations were a primary care letter and/or a writer who could speak about a longer relationships with you (ie, a mentor, advisor, PI, etc).
