prelim interview questions?

I am applying for a prelim year in medicine next year. Could someone please tell me what kind of questions they ask during the interview? Do they ask what speciality I what to do and about that speciality? How should I prepare. I am an IMG and dont know how the interviews are supposed to be here. Please do reply. Thanks.

Dear VMK,

I would strogly suggest that you purchase or borrow Iserson's "Getting into a Residency". He has a long section on interviewing and the various questions you can expect, plus he has a whole chapter with advice for IMGs. It is expensive (~$40), but it has a lot of valuble and helpful info, IMHO. Good luck!
