Sorry if this isn't allowed, but I couldn't think of a better place to ask.

I'm a DDS in training and am looking at getting a new headlight. I was wondering if there are any risks of damaging my eyes from using too bright of a light. 4500-6000k is the temperatures im looking at, and the range of intensity is anywhere from 60k-220k lux. A company on AliBaba stated that too bright of a light can damage the eyes.

Am I asking the right crowd?
