Pharmaceutical/Clinical Research for PharmD

Hi! I moved to CA from the Midwest and have a background and interest in clinical research. I have a BS Chemistry, PharmD, and RPh in CA and MN. I’m currently employed in retail but would love to get back to clinical research. Do any of you have experience with pharma/biotech companies in the SF bay or north bay are who employ PharmDs in clinical research?

I know as a general rule look for jobs in CRO's that would confer some advantage to a PharmD (Clinical Research Associate, Medical Writer among others).
