if you work in primary care or em you can take panre cold and should do fine.
if you work in ortho, surgery or an IM subspecialty you have some studying to do.
it's a primary care exam so if you know primary care you are golden. I spent a grand total of 1 hr reviewing for my last panre and got my highest score ever.

but when i registered with nccpa, they made me choose what type of test i wanted. there were 3 choices: family practice, adult medicine and i think the third one was surgery if i am not mistaken.
I am working in geriatrics

the adult IM and surgery options are new. if you work only with adults do the adult med exam to avoid peds questions..
