Pain Jobs in TX or WA

Hello all. Currently a fellow, looking to start either full-time pain or a split of anesthesia and pain. Primarily looking in Texas (Dallas/San Antonio/Houston/Austin) or Washington state (Seattle/Bellevue/Kirkland). Any recs or suggestions would be helpful and appreciated.

Just curious, anyone know what these min 700k to max 1.2m+ jobs on gaswork are in TX? Company is American Healthcare. Obviously a recruiter posting and suspicious. They take up 90% of the listings

its some fu3kwad who just BSes stuff to get your CV and then blasts them to everyone so he can claim finders fee. Its very similar to patent trolling.
