Can anyone that has worked here as an associate in the last few years give me some insight on what it is like to work here?
I had a brief conversation with a recruiter... Some of my initial dislikes: They use a "draw" for compensation after a few months, docs are expected to do some hygiene, they accept HMOs, no EFDAs (despite being an an EFDA state).
I really just want to have autonomy, to be paid fairly, and work in an office with good systems/support. I'll be fresh out of a residency. Is this a good situation or should I avoid?
